Starting January 1, 2026, in addition to Airbnb and Booking.com, we will begin accepting reservations directly through our official website.

While we are currently working on updating our website, we will accept advance reservations by email in the meantime.

【How to Make a Reservation】

Please send an email to the address above with the following information:

Preferred stay date: Month / Day / Day of the week
Number of nights:
Full name:
Contact phone number:
Number of guests:

Once we receive your email, we will reply with availability and pricing.

After reviewing the price and details, please confirm if you wish to proceed with the reservation.

We will then send you a final confirmation email, and your reservation will be officially completed.

Please note that all communication will be conducted by email.If you have spam filters or email blocking settings enabled, please ensure that our emails can be received.

【Reservation Acceptance Period】

Reservations can be accepted for stays up to 90 days from the date of inquiry (inclusive).

For reservations beyond this period, please use our online booking platforms (Airbnb or Booking.com).

【Maximum Occupancy】

Our accommodation is not large.

Due to licensing regulations, the maximum occupancy is 4 guests.

Please note that if 4 adults stay together, the space may feel quite compact.We kindly ask for your understanding before making a reservation.

【Additional Notes】

As this is a traditional building over 70 years old, there are steps, level differences, and steep staircases.
Guests traveling with small children, especially those who may have difficulty using stairs, are kindly requested to understand these conditions before booking.
