Blue sky and snow

Between one cold wave and the next, the sky cleared for just a few precious hours.
The rice fields were completely covered in snow, and Kakurekura quietly changed into its winter.
Outside, the air was sharp and cold.Yet because of that cold, the warmth and stillness indoors felt even deeper.
Soaking in the hinoki bath, looking out over the snowy countryside—neatly blanketed fields, distant mountains, and a clear winter sky.
Moments like this make me think,“I’m glad I live here.”
Winter can be an inconvenient season.
But it also brings rare, gift-like moments that only appear when conditions are just right.
If your stay happens to coincide with fresh snow and a sudden clearing of the sky, you may find yourself thinking:
“I’m glad I chose to come here in winter.”
Nothing special needs to happen.Simply gazing out the window can be enough to fill the heart.
This is a quiet winter moment at Kakurekura.
